We offer a complete list of “door-to-door” services to our customers including custom clearance, insurance and vehicle registration in customer country. Our “carte de visite” is rebuildable cars being sold through major US insurance auto auctions. Crashautos.com offers to purchase a vehicle directly from insurance auctions without using useless reseller services which allows you to buy a car at prices below wholesale. Our service fee is fixed, separated from auction cost and does not depend on it. We build our relationships with customers based on principles of honesty, decency and integrity.
Insurance Auctions
US insurance Auto auctions require registration and open to registered car dealers with US license only therefore you can not participate in bidding process directly but you are allowed to view auction lots and biding progress for selected lots. You may choose and select the car you like by using the auction search page. The information you allowed to view for any car of your choice is complete and accurate. All vehicles are sold “AS IS” with no warranty. It is not possible to obtain a full lot specs, detailed description of vehicle damages and the list of required parts from the auction. We can only obtain this information using attached to the lot pictures and based on our huge experience in the industry. You can find out the vehicle engine volume by pressing the VIN number link. The vehicle price is changing during live bidding process. The auction date is shown in the certain field. The current vehicle cost is shown on the lot description page and changing during bidding. In order to calculate the final price you have to add the
auction fee to the auction final lot cost. The auction fee depends on the auction final lot (vehicle) cost.
How to purchase a vehicle
You can purchase a vehicle from US auto insurance auctions directly through our representatives in Europe, Russia and CIS or through our main US office.
In order to start the purchasing process and place your order with our company you have to make a deposit on the amount of 15% of the maximum bid but not less than $500. The deposit guarantees that the customer pays the lot cost in full after he or she wins the auction.
Right after the auction trade is completed and you won the lot you have sign the
regular sales agreement at the company’s main office or through one of our representatives and pay the rest of the final vehicle cost taking into account the 15% deposit. The final vehicle cost is defined in the signed sales agreement and includes all transportation expenses within the United States and overseas. The $50 fine will be added to the final vehicle cost if the customer has not completed payment transfer by the end of the fifth day after the end of the auction. If the payment is not received by the end of the sixth day after the end of the auction then your order is considered to be canceled and you loose your 15% deposit.
If the maximum bid you selected has been overbitten by other buyers during trading then you have the right to use your 15% deposit in order to purchase another car or request a full refund.
